Prestigi have 2 of the newly built terraced Villas on the La Platera estate on the outskirts of Estartit. With a large communal swimming pool and located virtually on the beach La Platera is ideal for a family holiday. These villas have their own private gardens with access to a good size communal garden, swimming pool and the beach. The swimming pool is large and well maintained with a good size childrens’ paddling pool. No 373 has 3 bedrooms and will sleep 6/9 people. No. 372 has an additional attic room with its own private roof terrace and will sleep up to 8 people. These villas both have 2 bathrooms plus an additional w.c. and washbasin downstairs. The villas both have washing machines, dishwashers, TV, private garden, barbeques, garages and further off street parking. Both are furnished to a very high standard and have air conditioning. Although there are shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants located in Los Griells, which is within a few minutes walk, La Platera is a 20 minutes walk from the main resort and we feel transport is necessary for our clients to fully enjoy their holiday.
