Located on the La Platera estate on the outskirts of Estartit, with a large communal swimming pool and located virtually on the beach La Platera is ideal for a family holiday. Our villas have their own private garden with access through a gate to the good size communal garden, swimming pool and beach. The swimming pool is large and well maintained with a good size childrens' paddling pool.

No. 332 La Platera overlooks the communal swimming pool and also has a wonderful sea view. It will sleep 6 people and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a private south facing sun terrace with magnificent sea views. The villa has partial air conditioning, TV, video, DVD, hi-fi, washing machine, open plan kitchen with electric oven, dishwasher, large fridge freezer and microwave. The living room has patio doors leading to a large terrace and the garden which has direct access to the swimming pool. The villa has secure parking.


The ever popular No. 345 has been on our books for a number of years. It is another of the original 3 bedroomed terraced villas with sea views across the bay to Pals and Begur. A balcony leads off the main bedroom and there is an upstairs bathroom plus a further shower room downstairs. It has a separate well equipped kitchen with electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, and a living room with patio doors leading into a small private garden. The villa has access via a path to the communal garden and pool.

Although there are shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants located in Los Griells, which is within a few minutes walk, La Platera is a 20 minutes walk from the main resort and we feel transport is necessary for our clients to fully enjoy their holiday.
