La Platera 315 is ideal for a family holiday It is one of the original 3 bedroomed terraced villas overlooking the swimming pool, with sea views, located virtually on the beach. The villa has a private garden with direct access to the large communal garden and swimming pool. The pool is well maintained and a good size childrens’ paddling pool adjoins the main pool.
. . A balcony leads off the main bedroom and there are 2 bathrooms. It has a well equipped kitchen, and a living room with patio doors leading into a private garden. There are shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants located in Los Griells, which is within a few minutes walk. La Platera is a 20 minutes walk from the main resort and there is a little “fun” train which runs between La Platera and Estartit throughout the day and up until midnight each evening.
