Our Sea front villa on the La Platera Estate is on the outskirts of Estartit. With a large communal swimming pool and only a short walk from the beach this is an ideal holiday location. The villa has its own private garden which leads into a large communal garden from which there is direct access to the pool and beach. The swimming pool is large and well maintained with a good size childrens’ paddling pool. No. 305 La Platera is a larger end of terrace villa for up to 7 people with 3 bedrooms, one of which contains a single bed and a double sofa bed, one with twin beds and the master bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom There is a 2nd bathroom upstairs plus a further WC and washbasin downstairs. The main rooms overlook the beach and have magnificent sea views. Equipment includes new electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, TV and washing machine. Patio doors lead onto a terrace with built in barbeque, sun loungers, table and chairs. Secure off road parking is available at the front of the villa where there is also a garage. The villa has central heating for out of season lets. Although there are shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants located in Los Griells, which is within a few minutes walk, La Platera is a good 20 minutes walk from the main resort and we feel transport is essential for our clients to fully enjoy their holiday.
