The 3 La Val Petita Villas are part of a complex of linked 2 storey propertes with private sunny gardens. Our villas are located a few doors from one another and all sleep 4/6 people. They are also within a short walk of our La Val Gran Villas, Villa L’Ermita and Apartment Fonts, all described on our website and in our brochure. The properties have the use of the 3 swimming pools on the estate, one of which is a few metres away. The villas have open plan fitted kitchens fully equipped for self-catering. The living rooms have dining table, comfortable seating, TV and a sofa bed. Patio doors from the living room lead out to the terrace and private garden. On the ground floor is a cloakroom with w.c. and washbasin. The two bedrooms and bathroom are located upstairs. Off road parking is at the back of the villas and several large brick built barbeques are at the back for the use of the La Val Petita properties. The villas are located 3 kms inland, a short walk to a large supermarket with its own baker and butcher. There are several restaurants, mini golf and tennis within walking distance, but a car is required for beach and town.
