Santa Catalina, where the La Val Gran Villas are located, is 3 kms inland from Estartit and the beach. A large Supermarket is within easy walking distance, and a regular bus which runs between Estartit and Torroella de Montgri stops at the end of the road. Three swimming pools are located around the development, two of which are within 25 metres of our villa. Although it is advisable to have a car when you are staying here, several restaurants, bars, tennis courts and mini golf are all very close, so it is unnecessary to go into Estartit for all your requirements. Our single storey villa has 3 bedrooms, a 4 piece bathroom, a second shower room with W.C and washbasin, a fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave, a large living room with TV and dining room with patio doors onto a terrace with built in barbeque. Well maintained gardens stand behind a security gate. A large roof terrace offers private sun bathing. A washing machine is fitted in the garage which is linked at the side to the next door villa. The owners spend most of the year living in this villa, vacating it for our guests from mid June to mid September. It is furnished and equipped to a very high standard – the garden is lovely and it is a pleasure to sit on the south facing terrace where you can choose to enjoy the sun or sit under the lovely sun awning which extends from the patio doors leading from the dining room.
