Built into the hillside, high on the Torre Vella Estate adjacent to woodland, Villa Dorada is part of a new development of terraced villas. It has a south facing aspect and overlooks the gardens and a large shared pool.
At ground floor level, there is a garage, entrance hall, washing machine and newly fitted shower room. A large living room with well equipped open plan kitchen containing electric cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave is on the first floor. The living room has a dining area and comfortable seating – there is satellite TV, a video plus a CD player. Patio doors lead out to a large, sunny, south facing private balcony overlooking the pool and enjoying dress circle views across farmland towards Begur and the bay of Pals. On this level at the back of the house is a bedroom with a sofa bed which can convert into either 2 singles or one double bed, and a patio door leading out to a terrace, with barbeque, which enjoys the evening sun.
