Estartit Owners Club: 2012 is our 28th Season of letting privately owned properties on Spain's Beautiful Costa Brava.

All our properties are personally known to Wendy Rigg, who runs our letting agency from the U.K She will be very happy to discuss your requirements and assist you in choosing the right property.

All our Villas and Apartments are privately owned and individually furnished.
|
|
|
Our representative in Estartit is Norman Lambert. He will meet you on arrival to show you round the property and hand over the keys. Carole, his wife is in charge of our team of cleaners. You will arrive to a clean property with bed linen included in our prices.

|
Properties under the Prestigi Properties heading are serviced directly by Prestigi Properties. Key collection is from these offices and arrangements are made for key collection outside office hours. Cleaning, bed linen and towels are all included in the prices quoted for these properties.

|
All properties are fully equipped for self catering: fridges, cookers, microwaves, TVs, irons and ironing boards are standard equipment.
|
|
|
Our changeover day is flexible. We can help and advise you with your travel arrangements.
|
|
|
We can arrange airport transfers from Girona, Barcelona or Perpignan airports.
|
|
|
Discounts may be offered for under occupancy of properties during Budget/Low Season.
|
|
|
Monthly prices quoted for long winter lets.
