	Estartit Owners Club: 2010 will be our 26th year of letting privately owned properties on Spain’s Beautiful Costa Brava.
	Our properties are all personally known to Wendy Rigg, who runs our letting agency from the U.K She will be very happy to discuss your requirements and assist you in choosing the right property.
	All our Villas and Apartments are privately owned and individually furnished.
	Bed linen is included in our prices.
	Properties are cleaned and prepared for your arrival.
	Our properties are well equipped for self catering: fridges, cookers, irons and ironing boards are standard equipment.
	Our changeover day is flexible. We can help and advise you with your travel arrangements.
	We can arrange airport transfer or car hire from Girona, Barcelona or Perpignan Airports. Girona, which is the nearest airport to Estartit has Ryanair flying in from many airports, including Birmingham, Bournemouth, Bristol, Blackpool, Doncaster, Dublin, Durham, East Midlands. Luton, Liverpool, Manchester, Stansted, and Prestwick – flights can be booked with them on the Internet - their website is www.ryanair.com and the destination is Barcelona(Girona).
	Discounts may be offered for under occupancy of properties during Budget/Low Season.
	Monthly prices quoted for long winter lets.
	Properties under the Prestigi Properties heading are serviced directly by Prestigi Properties and Estartit Owners Club Properties have their Service Office based with the office of Pelykan in Estartit. Key collection is from these offices and arrangements can be made for key collection outside office hours.
